- The day before arrival. Guests read it while they are still planning the trip, so check-in and parking details land at the right moment.
- How long should it be?
- Short. Property name, arrival time, Wi-Fi, and how to reach you. Anything longer tends to be skimmed.
- Should I include the door code?
- No. Send access codes privately at arrival and never put them on a printed or shared page.
